Since joining the Los Angeles-Long Beach office in 2012, Mr. Endres has become one of the top brokers in the market for tenant rep industrial leasing as well as investment and development sales. He was the youngest associate in Los Angeles-Long Beach history to reach shareholder status, being promoted in 2017. He specializes in representing both owners and occupiers of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and yard space in the immediate Southern California Port Area.

Mr. Endres graduated in 2012, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship. In 2014, he earned the professional designation of Global Logistics Specialist from the Center for International Trade and Transportation at the California State University of Long Beach. Mr. Endres is a Southern California local growing up in Long Beach and currently residing in Long Beach.
